Life On Point Consultants also specializes in providing solutions to law-enforcement, security firms, and government agencies. Brian M. Hayes and his team can train and counsel front-line employees to ensure they engage hostile threats with appropriate force levels and without compromising the safety of the general public. Life On Point Consultants, LLC was founded in 2005 and formed as a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in 2007 by Mr. Brian M. Hayes, who acts as the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Hayes graduated from Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. He later matriculated at the Naval Post-graduate School in Monterey, California, earning his master’s degree in Defense Analysis. Brian M Hayes’s experiences have allowed him to develop, teach and manage a variety of topics over the years. When Brian is not coordinating personal intervention, strategic management and crisis response efforts for military, law enforcement, corporate and federal entities throughout the world he enjoys spending his time playing hockey and relaxing with his family.
